Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program at the Statesboro branch, serving surrounding Southeast Georgia communities. You will learn the business from day one, act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and gain the mentorship to eventually run your own branch.

The program emphasizes customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture focused on internal promotion and career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Receive guidance and mentorship to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
