Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Macon, GA. You’ll start learning our business from day one at a nearby branch and will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.

You’ll receive mentoring and a structured path toward managing your own location, with exposure to sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Requires a degree or enrollment and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduation.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, leadership or related roles.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record with limits in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes expert.
• Work through a structured program to run your own branch and develop your team.
