Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Atlanta area. You will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and progress toward running your own location.

The program emphasizes customer service, sales, and operations with mentoring and growth opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 months in sales, customer service, or leadership, plus a valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at your neighborhood branch.
• Learn the business from day one and work toward running your own branch.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to develop skills in sales, marketing, finance and operations.
