Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at Canton, GA. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and operations.

The program offers mentoring, training, and a clear path to management, with a targeted first-year compensation around $53,105 and an average 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with up to 2 moving violations or at-fault incidents in 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related driving conviction in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Join a structured program to run your own branch, develop a team and cultivate new business.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement to build relationships.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while putting customers first.
