Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Associate to provide essential operational support to the Sweater VP.

You will help with product development follow-up, sample logistics, and correct style setups across internal teams and factory partners. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks through the product lifecycle, managing sample shipments, maintaining PLM tech packs, and ensuring accurate product data and timely approvals.

Formación

• Associates degree or 5 years' experience with sweaters.
• Minimum 2 years in product operations, development coordination, or sweater sourcing.
• Experience working with factories and managing sweater details.
• Ability to manage samples, tech packs, and product data accurately.
• Self-motivated team player with proactive, collaborative approach.
• Strong interest in learning sweater development and yarn detailing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational tasks across the product lifecycle with Design and Sourcing.
• Receive and distribute incoming sample shipments; manage the sample closet.
• Track and fulfill sample requests.
• Create, update and ensure accuracy of PLM tech packs and product records.
• Serve as point of contact for factories and overseas offices.
• Approve pre-bulk SMS samples for materials and construction; attend FIT.
• Maintain clear communication with factories on tech packs and approvals.
• Keep records of sample status, approvals, and outgoing requests.
• Support organizational efficiency with well-structured digital and physical records.
