Job summary

Perry Ellis International in the United States is seeking a Sales Administrator to act as the operational backbone of the sales department, ensuring every order from entry to delivery runs smoothly.

You will serve as the critical link between Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing, Warehouse logistics, and customers, handling order processing, tracking, and cross-department coordination with attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Self-sufficient problem solver who works well under minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and oversee all customer purchase orders across all product lines.
• Maintain real-time tracking logs for all purchase orders and ITs to ensure accurate delivery timelines.
• Review EDI transmissions and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to communicate updates.
• Audit open order reports, manage backorders, and update delivery dates.
• Generate inventory availability reports for internal teams.
• Assist customers with order updates and setup sheets, and support RMAs and special initiatives.
