Generac Power Systems Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator in Wisconsin to assist the inside and outside sales teams by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring clear communication with dealers, installers, and internal partners. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 1+ years in sales or customer service, with Salesforce and data entry experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One or more years of relevant sales, customer service or internship experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to support customer meetings and the overall sales process.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to aid as a selling tool for ISR’s and Field Sales.
• Process manual orders for dealers purchasing through a retail outlet.
• Partner with internal business partners to help with post order support.
• Maintain and monitor customer portals on Generac websites (D360 and eCommerce) for accuracy and first line support.
• Create and maintain process documents to develop a self-serve mentality.
• Process name changes and business changes for Dealers undergoing acquisitions.
• Monitor dealer sales levels and advise the sales team if a tier change is near.
• Act as liaison between sales teams, internal partners and external customers.
• Pursue continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers.
• Support other non-revenue generating work to aid the sales teams.
