Job summary

Integrity is a leading independent distributor of life, health and wealth insurance products, supporting agents nationwide. The Sales Support Manager will lead the Sales Operations teams, overseeing outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by phone and email.

You will provide sales support through the sales cycle, assist with licensing, contracting and new business, and act as a subject matter expert on carrier products to agents and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and email.
• Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities. Maintain and update agent information and activity in company database.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid including help with licensing, contracting and new business.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials provided.
• May assist with outbound calls to promote Brokers International’s value proposition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on carrier products and ways to best position these to agents/marketers using advanced case design concepts.
• Identify & resolve potential pre-sale concerns and effectively work to resolve escalations.
• Understanding of commission structures & revenue generating paths within the business. Work with team and leaders to build proactive plans to align team goals with company initiatives.
• Ability to represent Sales Support as an active participant on project teams.
