Job summary

Prefect is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to own the GTM operating system, dashboards, and data quality across the sales org. You will partner with Finance, Marketing Ops, Customer Success, and the GTM Engineer to design scalable processes and trusted data.

You will drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics, build compensation structures, and enable leaders with actionable insights. This remote-first role supports a fast-growing, global GTM team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce CRM architecture, workflows, integrations, and data quality experience.
• Hands-on forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
• Ability to translate operational questions into actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and delivering durable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the sales operating system across opportunities, accounts, pipeline and closed business.
• Lead the sales technology strategy with Salesforce at the core and ensure data trust.
• Drive pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance management with dashboards.
• Design and administer sales compensation plans, quotas, and related policies.
• Turn data into decisions with trends analysis and risk assessment.
• Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem to execution.
