Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Operations Assistant team within the Power & Thermal Management division. You will guide daily operations, optimize processes, and improve reporting, data accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost sales effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in sales operations or similar, plus two+ years of people management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum five years in sales operations or related field.
Two+ years of direct people-management experience.
CRM and ERP experience; Salesforce.com and SAP are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Sales Operations Assistant team.
Monitor workloads, performance, and capacity.
Develop and maintain processes, SOPs, and escalation paths.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and other partners.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities; provide recommendations.
Create and distribute recurring sales and operational reports.
Manage assigned projects from planning to execution.
