Job summary

Wolfspeed Materials seeks a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to lead forecasting tool analytics, reporting, and demand planning accuracy, plus sales administration including revenue projections.

You will develop dashboards, manage forecasting models, and communicate insights across sales, finance, and operations. The role reports directly to Wolfspeed Materials, Senior Director of Global Sales, and requires collaboration, data enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressively advancing sales operations, demand forecasting, and sales management experience.
• Strong MS Excel spreadsheet experience.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage many tasks at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with insights to improve sales and demand planning accuracy.
• Manage sales modeling and demand planning/capacity justification for near, mid and long-term planning.
• Communicate the movements of sales demand and capacity to maximize efficiency while meeting financial objectives.
• Assist with demand review meetings, including revenue projections for the planning cycle.
• Monitor forecast data to identify anomalies and share insights with sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Support evaluation and optimization of processes within sales operations.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting through QA processes.
• Collaborate with internal IT, Operations, and Finance resources on related projects.
• Manage Finished Goods Inventory for Sales opportunities and improved inventory management.
• Lead and manage inside sales leads originating from Pardot.com.
• Assist with Salesforce.com/Model N change management and new process implementation.
