Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed leader in digital manufacturing, seeks a seasoned analytics leader to own the Sales analytics function end-to-end. You will architect dashboards, build quota/forecast models, and set governance for scalable analytics.

You will work directly with VP- and C-level stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and drive revenue decisions. This high-visibility role requires deep technical fluency and strong business judgment to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or related analytics functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on Looker/LookML experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modeling for multi-scenario forecasting.
• Deep familiarity with CRM data flows and Salesforce.
• Proven track record influencing VP/C-level stakeholders with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales analytics architecture, roadmap, and governance.
• Develop quota, forecasting models, and reporting standards for leadership.
• Lead the analytics ecosystem to scale with business growth.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to executives and board members.
• Mentor analysts and raise the team's technical capabilities.
• Ensure a single source of truth across systems and data quality.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Finance.
