Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Sales Operations Manager for the Materials organization to lead forecasting analytics, demand planning, and sales administration including revenue projections. You will develop dashboards, manage sales modeling and capacity justification, and partner with IT, Operations, and Finance to improve data quality and reporting.

The role requires a BA/BS with at least 5 years in sales operations, strong Excel skills, and exceptional analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales modeling and demand planning for near-, mid-, and long-term planning.
• Communicate forecast changes to sales, finance, and operations teams; drive action.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting with QA processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance on related projects and improvements.
• Lead inside sales leads originating from Pardot.
• Assist with Salesforce.com/Model N change management and new process implementation.

The Sales Operations Manager – Wolfspeed Materials role is focused primarily on sales organization initiatives related to Wolfspeed’s forecasting tool analytics/reporting, demand planning accuracy, and sales administration including revenue projections. This candidate will be a hands-on sales operations leader, must be able to work collaboratively, and be a relentless problem-solver. A love for data and analytics is required, and a high attention to detail is essential to being successful in this role.The role reports directly to Wolfspeed Materials, Senior Director of Global Sales.The Day-to-Day:* Develop dashboards and reporting designed to efficiently provide Wolfspeed leadership with the insights needed to manage and improve sales and demand planning accuracy* Manage sales modeling and demand planning/capacity justification for varying near, mid and long-term LRP preparation.* Manage and communicate the natural movements of sales demand and capacity to maximize operational efficiencies while achieving financial objectives* Assist planning with the preparation of the demand review meeting including managing revenue projections for the planning sales cycle.* Monitor and analyze main forecast file used to identify anomalies in data and communicate sales and demand data to sales, finance, and operations teams* Support the evaluation and optimization of processes within sales operations* Ensure quality of data and accuracy of downstream reporting through precise attention to detail and execution of quality assurance processes* Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal IT, Operations, and Finance resources to successfully execute related projects* Manage and leverage Finished Goods Inventory for Sales opportunities and improved inventory management* Lead and manage inside sales leads originating from Pardot.com* Assist with Salesforce.com/Model N change management, new process implementation, documentation and communication to support sales organization initiativesThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):* BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressively advancing sales operations, demand forecasting, and sales management experience* Strong MS Excel spreadsheet experience* Intrinsic drive and flexibility; able to quickly adapt to changing priorities; high attention to detail with the ability to manage many tasks at the same time* Natural problem-solver, self-motivated, team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed* Significant experience structuring and analyzing data and then developing reports designed to illuminate key insights* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Cross functional communication and experience collaborating with other functions* This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations*We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
