Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management or field sales leadership.
• Experience in pest control or home services preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and elevate team performance.
• Strong analytical skills to translate metrics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Field coaching & development of sales reps.
• Track and report sales metrics with actionable feedback.
• Implement sales operational strategies to improve conversions.
• Generate post-ride-along performance reports for leadership.
• Bridge between sales reps and operations to streamline lead flow.
• Train new hires on scripts, inspection standards, CRM, and compliance.
