Job summary

HomeShield Pest Control in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize the field sales team. You will coach reps, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve close rates and increase contract values across the organization.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $70,304 annually with KPI-based bonuses, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, PTO, holidays, and ongoing leadership training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management, sales operations, or field sales leadership (pest control or home services industry experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate sales team performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn key metrics into actionable field strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Coaching & Development: Conduct regular field ride-alongs with sales representatives to observe, evaluate, and coach them on inspection techniques, customer communication, and closing strategies.
• Performance Management: Track individual and team sales metrics, providing actionable feedback and structured follow-up plans following field evaluations.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales operational strategies to drive team conversion rates and increase average contract values.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive post-ride-along reports, track team KPIs, and report performance trends directly to senior executive leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a bridge between field sales representatives and operational leadership to streamline lead flow, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Training & Onboarding: Help train new sales hires on HomeShield's sales scripts, inspection standards, CRM tools, and compliance protocols.
