HomeShield Pest Control is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize the field sales team in Anaheim. You will coach reps, manage performance metrics, and drive strategy to improve close rates and contract values.

Responsibilities include field ride-alongs, reporting, and cross-functional leadership to streamline lead flow and service delivery. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management, sales operations, or field sales leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate sales team performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn metrics into actionable field strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; willingness to conduct field work across LA county.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field ride-alongs to observe, evaluate, and coach sales reps on inspection techniques, communication, and closing strategies.
• Track individual and team sales metrics and provide actionable feedback and follow-up plans.
• Implement sales operational strategies to drive conversions and increase contract values.
• Generate post-ride-along reports, track KPIs, and report trends to senior leadership.
• Bridge field sales and ops to streamline lead flow, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Train new hires on sales scripts, inspection standards, CRM usage, and compliance.
