360 Painting of Prosper is seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to enhance our painting sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. This role starts on a commission-only basis with opportunities for bonuses and salary based on performance.

The ideal candidate will engage with homeowners and business owners, track sales metrics, and manage the execution of jobs, with a focus on communication and detail. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (home services, in-home sales, or B2C preferred).
• Strong ability to communicate and close deals with homeowners and business owners.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the painting sales process and ensure smooth job execution.
• Meet with homeowners and business owners to provide estimates and close deals.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to guarantee customer satisfaction.
