The organization seeks an experienced sales representative to perform sales appointments, initiate lead generating programs, attend networking events, follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete performance reports to measure important KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential/commercial painting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to learn and teach new processes.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and leadership in sales processes.
• Manage the sales flow for all inbound leads.
• Develop relationships to ensure outstanding customer relations.
• Track KPIs through weekly performance reports.
• Initiate lead generation programs and attend networking events.
