Job summary

ACI GIFT CARDS LLC in Seattle, WA is hiring a Sales Operations III to drive customer experience initiatives for Amazon's Gift Cards business. You will standardize SOPs, align processes with business leaders, and manage cross-functional project rollouts.

You will analyze customer needs, influence product roadmaps, and collaborate with technical teams to balance trade-offs while delivering measurable improvements for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field with five years of experience.
• Seven years of experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects per defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and controllership requirements.
• Experience with project or program management, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or related CRM systems.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight.
• Experience in the payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience initiatives for Amazon's Gift Cards business and standardize SOPs with senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities, propose strategies, analyze impact, gain consensus, and manage initiative rollouts to achieve goals.
• Develop understanding of customer needs to advocate for customers during product roadmap planning.
• Understand technical concepts, manage trade-offs and backlogs, identify risks, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships to evaluate priorities, define requirements, and share information across teams.
