Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, project management or analytical role.
• Strong technical and business acumen.
• Extremely organized and able to balance multiple tasks with various inputs/outputs.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly responsive to business needs and able to adjust plans on the fly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply complex technical information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Reliable transportation to and from testing locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts with the project team to understand testing scope and timeline.
• Design test cases around new product features/functions.
• Purchase test cards at local partner locations and validate the user experience.
• Execute test cases to ensure product functionality works as expected.
• Document testing process along with testing artifacts.
• Report results and issues to the project team and raise concerns around ease of use, customer friendliness, or general user experience.
