Job summary

TEGNA Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the local sales team by partnering with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive Total TV revenue growth across linear, OTT, and digital.

This role owns station projects and initiatives, delivering exceptional client service and maintaining sales materials and workflow systems. You will enable Account Executives to maximize client-facing time, provide market insights using ratings data and AI tools, and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of linear and digital media sales experience.
• Experience supporting pre-sale and post-sale campaigns.
• Strong Excel (formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to learn CRM, Wide Orbit, and project management tools quickly.
• Knowledge of broadcast TV advertising, OTT, and digital concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own station projects and go-to-market strategies from inception to execution.
• Create new business packages and accelerator bundles.
• Prepare OTT and linear campaign attribution reports.
• Collaborate with Sales Activation to coordinate project delivery.
• Maintain sales materials and ensure accurate, current collateral.
