Job summary

TEGNA Inc. in San Antonio seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to own station projects and drive Total TV revenue across linear, OTT, and digital.

You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership, manage forms in Monday.com, and craft campaigns across broadcast, digital, and streaming. The role emphasizes operational excellence and data-driven insights for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of linear and digital media sales experience.
• Proven ability to support pre-sale and post-sale campaign implementation and client service responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to leverage AI tools to generate insights.
• Ability to learn with CRM software, traffic system (Wide Orbit), and project management tools; fast learner.
• Understanding of broadcast TV, OTT/digital platforms, and multi-platform solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own station projects, Great Day SA segments, and go-to market strategy from start to finish.
• Create new business package opportunities based on inventory and bundles.
• Prepare attribution reports for OTT and linear TV campaigns.
• Act as advisor using ratings data and AI tools to provide market insights for AE conversations.
• Maintain sales materials and marketing collateral for client meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales Activation to ensure accurate execution of initiatives.
