Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Sales Operations Support Manager to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the sales teams in the Minneapolis-area office in Hopkins, MN. You will help maintain accurate sales and product data, support reporting, and coordinate key business activities to keep the sales organization running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, or data management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze and maintain sales data.
Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product, retailer, and sales data.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to sales teams across Home Theater, Appliance, and RAC.
Coordinate sales support activities, track items, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate business information across internal systems and tools.
Prepare and maintain weekly sales reports and trackers.
Assist with data collection, validation, and entry for timely sales information.
Support ad hoc reporting and analytics for planning and decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect product data and retailer submissions.
