Job summary

TCL North America seeks a Sales Operations Support Manager to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Home Theater, Appliance, and RAC sales teams. This role is based in the Minneapolis-area office in Hopkins, MN and focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and systems, serving as a key operational resource for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, or data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to multiple product sales teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate sales support activities, track open items, and follow through on deliverables.
• Maintain organized and accurate business information across internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain weekly sales reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Manage retailer product data and coordinate with internal teams for data submissions.
