Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Sales Support and Sales Operations teams. You will directly manage Sales Support Associates and Sales Operations Specialists, drive process improvements, and optimize Salesforce initiatives to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related business functions.
• 2+ years of management experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Support Associates and Sales Operations Specialists.
• Oversee daily sales support operations including client requests, submissions, shipping coordination, escalations, and administrative support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and increase Sales team efficiency.
• Manage Salesforce CRM initiatives including reporting, dashboards, campaign tracking, data accuracy, and process improvements.
• Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize operational initiatives and support revenue-generating activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Oversee trade show planning and execution, including travel, event registration, vendor coordination, equipment, and on-site logistics.
