Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales administrative tasks, including quote preparation, sales order processing, backlog logistics and monthly reporting.
• Verify purchase orders, confirm quote/order accuracy, and track PO logistics/fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery timing, late shipments, and tracking.
• Communicate with customers on order status and payment terms, including letters of credit, wire payments, and proforma invoicing.
• Lead CRM and sales system administration training; maintain and update customer records and pricing matrices across systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline quote processing and CRM integration.
• Prepare and support sales reporting for board meetings, forecasts, and distributor performance.
• Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities and route to account managers.
• Support US distributors via calls and emails to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timing.
• OEM & Demo Program management: administrative facilitator for OEM ordering/backlog/reporting; manage demo equipment inventory and shipping logistics.
• Trade Show & Event Coordination: plan and execute industry events and registrations.
