Job summary

Haynes Materials in Oxford, CT is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Guru and Coordinator to lead our sales operations from our flagship location. You will act as the single contact for field sales inquiries and drive efficiency through AI-powered tools.

The role emphasizes autonomous day-to-day management, proactive pipeline visibility, and close collaboration with upper management to improve customer experience and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales operations for the Company
• Maintain and administer the AI-based sales and reporting tools used by the sales department
• Provide input on, and participate in, budgets related to Materials sales
• Communicate current sales opportunities and overall sales status to upper management
• Attend and lead the weekly Sales and Production meeting
• Design or implement systems to improve customer experience, sales, margin, and efficiency across the Sales division
• Demonstrate organization skills and handle multiple sales projects from sale to delivery in high-volume environments
• Understand and utilize AI tools to improve contracts, sales agreements, and current processes
• Coordinate across divisions to track sales progress and ensure timely deliveries
