Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is offering a 10-week summer internship that provides hands-on experience in sales operations. You will shadow Territory Sales Managers, visit dealers, and build relationships while learning selling skills, channel development, leadership, and customer management.

Travel about 15% is expected. The program includes mentorship, training, and real project work to prepare for a career in sales.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Territory Sales Managers in the field and assist with visiting existing dealers and establishing new customer relationships.
• Gain knowledge in selling skills, channel development, leadership skills, and managing customers.
• Conduct market research on product offerings and new product technology.
• Offer recommendations on process improvements within the sales organization to increase efficiencies and sales.
• Complete projects as needed demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Build internal network within sales and business functions.
