Job summary

Textron invites you to join the Able facility in Mesa, AZ for a 10-week, paid internship focused on Sales Operations. You’ll support sales management, prepare quotes, and engage with prospective customers while working onsite with experienced professionals.

This role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on project work, and opportunities to learn across business development, marketing, and engineering. The program runs late May through August, with a 40-hour work week and full-time summer commitments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and sales support, provide reports and trend insights.
• Screen customers and set up new accounts for Able leadership.
• Support customer visits and events.
• Prepare quotes and respond to customers with Regional Sales Managers.
• Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate responses for the sales team.
• Direct leads to the appropriate sales team member.
