LexisNexis is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions. You will lead delivery of complex features, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and drive AI-powered capabilities adoption, collaborating with sales, sales operations, and customer success teams.

You will own design and implementation across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Territory Management, using Apex, LWC, Flow, and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with 4+ years on Sales Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs
• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity and forecast management
• Proven experience with API-based integrations and middleware
• Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipeline configuration, branching and promotion strategies, automated deployments, and back-promotions; also experience with Git-based source control and SFDX
• Hands-on experience building automation with Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, orchestration, platform-event flows) plus Apex-based automation

As a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II, you will design, build, and support scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that enable sales, sales operations, and customer success teams to succeed. You will lead the delivery of complex features, integrate Salesforce with key enterprise platforms, and help drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities. This role combines hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and collaboration across business and technology teams to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes.
