Job summary

Murata Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Training Specialist to design and deliver training that improves the performance of our Customer Service and Sales teams. You will standardize processes and tools, enabling consistent execution across units.

Hybrid roles are available in Atlanta, Irvine, and Carrollton, focusing on scalable content, instructor‑led, and on‑demand training while coaching teams to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Training, or Enablement.
• Proven design and delivery of training programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Canva and content authoring software (EasyGenerator, Articulate, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a structured training cadence for Customer Service and Sales teams, including onboarding training for new hires.
• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and on‑demand sessions for broad accessibility.
• Partner with Sales Operations to reflect current workflows and priorities.
• Provide ongoing Q&A support and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and adoption.
• Monitor training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
