Job summary

Murata is seeking a Sales Operations Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Customer Service and Sales teams. You will create structured learning experiences, support post-training adoption, and drive ongoing knowledge development across the organization.

The role emphasizes training program development and delivery across instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand formats, with a focus on operational workflows and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Education, or related field (7–10 years).
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Training, or Enablement roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Canva and content authoring tools (EasyGenerator, Articulate, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of sales/customer service workflows, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; adaptable and problem-solving.
• Cross-functional collaboration with organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training cadences focused on processes, tools, and best practices.
• Provide instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training sessions for broad accessibility.
• Offer post-training support, Q&A, office hours, and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning.
• Deliver advanced training for Sales teams to deepen process understanding and tool usage.
• Create, maintain, and improve training materials and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service leadership, and enablement teams to align training with business goals.
