Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of general office experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and while seated for long periods

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for daily office activities and meetings, including supply orders and onboarding new hires
• Support sales executives with order follow-up and issue escalation
• Obtain and distribute sales-related reports to support decision making
• Manage projects related to sales operations and related escalations
• Maintain and track invoices and identify cost efficiencies
• Oversee sales blitz activities and record keeping
• Assist with same-day ticket submissions and data entry for field sales leads
