Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is offering a Fall Part Time Internship (20 hours) in Farmington Hills, MI. Join our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data analytics, and customer support processes in a hybrid work setting.

You will help manage the sales funnel, maintain reporting tools, and support operational tasks that drive efficiency. The role requires a currently enrolled bachelor’s student with strong analytical and organizational

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Sales Funnel Management: Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages; ensure CRM data integrity.
Power BI Reporting: Use dashboards to monitor sales and customer service performance; prepare summaries for leadership.
Consignment Reconciliation: Support inventory tracking and reconciliation with finance and operations.
Sample Management: Coordinate sample requests and maintain sample inventory records.
PCN Tracking: Monitor PCN logs and communicate changes to stakeholders.
