Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a motivated intern to assist our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. You will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data analytics, and customer support processes, helping manage the sales funnel and reporting.

This role offers exposure to Power BI and Excel, collaboration with finance and operations, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment shaping our future in automotive, industrial, and IoT markets.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sales Funnel Management: Track and update leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages.
• CRM data integrity and timely updates.
• Power BI Reporting: Use dashboards for sales and customer service performance.
• Prepare summary reports for leadership.
• Support inventory tracking and reconciliation of consignment stock.
• Collaborate with finance and operations for accuracy.
• Sample Management: Coordinate sample requests and maintain sample inventory records.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of samples.
• PCN Tracking: Monitor and update PCN logs; communicate changes to stakeholders.
