Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with customers to drive the vision and mission of Russel Metals.
• Processes data entry related to shipping logs, PO’s, pricing, and other information.
• Complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer PO’s.
• Identifies and resolves customer problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
• Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
• Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
• Ability to interpret business information, prepare correspondence and communicate effectively.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Assist Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
