Job summary

LOTT-MONEHEN MARKETING INC is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our team and ensure a smooth, responsive experience for customers. You will assist with daytime sales coordination, customer communication, order tracking, shipment updates, and program maintenance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with customers and internal team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, administration, account coordination, or a related role preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team daily to support customer needs and sales activities.
• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
• Track customer orders and provide accurate shipment status updates.
• Setup and maintain product information within customer portals.
• Assist with administrative tasks that support sales operations and customer service.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on open items to help ensure timely completion.
