Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Tracy, CA to join the team and support the Sales group with resale purchasing, ERP data maintenance, and marketing collateral coordination for an exceptional customer experience.

The role collaborates across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Marketing; duties include sample program management, lead distribution, report creation, event planning and order support. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum one year in customer service or sales support.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
• Manage sample program and ship samples to homeowners, contractors, dealers and distributors.
• Develop product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
• Distribute sales leads to sales representatives.
• Coordinate memberships and industry partnerships.
• Plan plant demonstrations, trainings and customer education events.
• Create and distribute reports using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Assist with orders and resale purchasing as needed.
• Prepare purchase orders with pricing, supplier recommendations, and approvals.
• Assist with resale inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics for customer events and trade shows.
• Support marketing campaigns and fulfillment of lead requests.
