Job summary

Northern Engraving Corporation is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with accurate order processing and superior customer service. You will coordinate with operations, production, logistics, and finance to ensure on-time delivery and correct pricing, while maintaining up-to-date CRM and ERP records.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in sales support or inside sales, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or administrative operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Epicor, Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders for accuracy, pricing, delivery requirements, and customer-specific details.
• Coordinate order flow between sales, operations, production, logistics, and finance teams.
• Support quoting activities, order tracking, and customer follow-up communication.
• Assist with maintaining accurate order documentation and customer records.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Build relationships with customers to support satisfaction and retention.
• Provide administrative and communication support to sales representatives and account managers.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customers and internal requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing updates, and sales activity within CRM and ERP systems.
