Job summary

STRATA® in New York City is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Black Label. This is a full-time, hybrid role including one remote day, focusing on managing client accounts and coordinating production timelines across sales, production, and operations.

Responsibilities include client communications, CRM data maintenance in HubSpot, and overseeing orders from concept through delivery while tracking quotes, invoices, and POs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations and production coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com or similar).
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and production timelines.
• Comfortable working on Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly client status reports across sales, pipeline, and production.
• Own client communication—updates, approvals, follow-ups, scheduling.
• Maintain structured CRM data within HubSpot across accounts.
• Manage client orders from concept through production to final delivery.
• Build and maintain production WIP, costing sheets, product calendars, and line sheets.
• Track quotes, invoices, factory POs, and production timelines; communicate delays.
• Coordinate tasks with Sales, Production, and Operations via Monday.com and HubSpot.
