United Legwear & Apparel Co. in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a full-time role supporting Go-To-Market activities, product imagery, data entry, GTM planning and showroom management.

The position collaborates with Sales and Product teams, overseeing photoshoots, catalog deliverables, and showroom samples while coordinating with Merchandising to ensure timely go-lives and accurate product presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business and 2+ years of experience in product or sales roles OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability work closely with multiple departments.
• Work with tight timelines and on multiple projects at any given time.
• Entry level experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, preferred) and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Go to Market In-Person: plan, schedule, and organize GTM meetings twice a year; track deadlines and ensure materials are collected on time to keep catalog production on schedule; partner with Merchandising on outline, models and wall presentation; set up weekly leadership/merchandising meetings; manage events for seamless meetings.
• Go to Market Filming: plan and schedule digital seasonal GTM videos twice a year; partner with Merchandising on outline and visuals; book production team/models, prepare sample line for shoot and manage shoot day; provide final video edits and catalog files for Go Live.
• Catalog: maintain and update calendar each season; manage Product Imagery/CADs; build category pages and assist with catalog drafts; coordinate with print company to ensure catalogs are delivered before go-live; prepare CAD separations.
• Salesman Samples & Showroom: manage and maintain the Hurley United Showroom; sort and prepare showroom line for season; organize travel lines for Costa Mesa sales reps; coordinate snacks/drinks and keep showroom clean; provide product image requests and catalog amendments; supply seasonal assets for each season; coordinate line showing.
