Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Denver, Colorado is seeking an Associate Merchandiser Apparel to support product merchandising and data management across PLM, development, and go-to-market processes.

You will coordinate information, manage data entries, assist with line planning, sample coordination and packaging briefs, and work with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and seasons simultaneously.
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages information and data pertaining to product line management, product creation and development, and go-to-market processes.
• Is accountable for all product data entries, change logs, Air Table and all updates coming out from key GTM milestones and product attribution in Enovia and Flex PLM.
• Manages sales samples from system ordering through to unpacking and shipping.
• Creates and maintains the seasonal Discrepancy Review file.
• Performs photo review / SBX.
• Collects and submits style names with the legal team seasonally.
• Writes and submits hangtags and packaging briefs (master hangtag, boxes, hangtag brief).
• Maintains and distributes all information for the assigned product category, including line lists and data in Excel and PLM, hangtags, workbooks and other CAD books.
• Supports the Merchants in line planning, development and production information, consumer and competitor analysis and marketplace analysis.
• Coordinates seasonal sample organisation and needs with different cross-functional partners.
