Job summary

TCW Trends, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator with 5+ years in apparel production and product development to manage multiple styles, timelines, and vendor communication.

You will coordinate production, sample management, T&A tracking, and liaise with customers and overseas offices to ensure timely delivery and quality, working on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: AA or BS/BA in relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in apparel production and/or product development.
• Experience with woven and knitwear categories.
• Knowledge of different types of fabrics and garment construction.
• Basic understanding of fabric, trim, garment testing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA 90503.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and factories with costing, product development, and design confirmation.
• Build and maintain production schedules (T&A) and follow up on key milestones.
• Review tech packs, BOMs, and purchase orders for accuracy before sending to overseas offices/factories.
• Review and approve production samples, including fabrics, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate data entry for orders, inventory, production status, and shipping details.
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding production updates, shipping status, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate daily with overseas offices and factories to track progress and resolve issues.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Logistics, Design, and QA, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Coordinate lab testing for fabrics, trims, and garments.
• Assist with final goods inspections and monitor production quality.
• Flag potential production delays or issues and elevate as needed.
• Prepare and manage shipping reports, ensuring accuracy of shipping documents and customer invoices.
• Track and manage couriers, including receiving and verifying sample packages.
• Support logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Attend preproduction and production meetings; prepare required reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

TCW Trends, Inc. is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Senior Production Coordinator with strong apparel production experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting club store programs (Sam's Club, Costco) and is comfortable managing multiple styles, timelines, and vendor communication in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on production coordination, sample management, T&A tracking, and communication with customers and overseas offices to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination

• Support customers and factories with costing, product development, and design confirmation.
• Build and maintain production schedules (T&A) and follow up on key milestones.
