Catalyst is seeking a GTM Strategy & Program Assistant to provide operational support across GTM initiatives, coordinating calendars, meetings, and documentation for leadership reviews.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendors, with a hybrid in-office work policy in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' experience in calendar management, sourcing, or production in retail/apparel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GTM project timelines, milestones and launch activities.
• Track action items, risks, issues; escalate as needed.
• Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings with documentation.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting tools.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership reviews.
• Support governance, compliance, and process adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-functional collaboration.
