Job summary

MSI Computer Corp. (MSI USA) is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in City of Industry, CA.

You will support the Sales team to improve efficiency and grow revenue, handle inquiries on orders, shipments, pricing, and co-op programs, and work cross-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing. The role requires strong English communication, at least 3+ years in sales or 5+ years with an associate degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, customer service experience with Bachelor's degree, OR
• 5+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task.
• Works well as individual and with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
• Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, pricing and quoting.
• Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing teams.
• Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team.
• Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns.
• Perform other job duties as manager assigned.
