Job summary

MSI is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in City of Industry, CA to support the sales team, coordinate orders, and drive efficiency. You will collaborate with production, accounting, logistics and marketing to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

Excellent communication, organization and multitasking are essential for success in this role. Required are 3+ years of sales or customer service with a Bachelor's or 5+ years with an Associate degree; strong English skills and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field OR 5+ years with an Associate degree.
• Organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team to improve efficiency and grow revenue.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, schedules, pricing and quotes.
• Collaborate with production, accounting, logistics and marketing.
• Follow up on backorders and review with order processing.
• Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
