Qualifications

• 1 year+ sales assistant related experience.
• Knowledge of routing/shipping terms.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in numerical analysis and advanced spreadsheet functions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in all sales activities
• Process customer purchase orders and credit claims
• Arrange routing and ensure order ship out on schedule
• Work with Accounting/Warehouse to keep account current
• Maintain google sheet for order/credit note status on daily basis
