Job summary

MSI is seeking a Sales Activities Coordinator - LATAM in City of Industry, CA to support LATAM sales operations and coordinate daily order processing. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with the sales team, track shipments, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance with policies. This position offers competitive pay and benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Associate degree.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Capable of working independently and with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day LATAM order processing and track shipment schedules.
• Upload and maintain weekly POS report.
• Follow up weekly backorder lists and order statuses.
• Support the PM and sales team with credit notes and sales in/out reports.
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to sales.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager.

What you will DO:

What you will NEED:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish , with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree
• or 5+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the sales team
