I-State Truck Center in Sioux Falls is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating and processing all documentation required to support sales orders from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, maintaining inventory and pricing data, and supporting customers and internal teams throughout the sales order lifecycle. Strong organization and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or accounting coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, inventory control, or related fields.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and business software systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process documentation for sales orders from initiation through completion.
• Track order status and maintain order records; communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
• Review priorities and scheduling requirements with management to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Create and maintain inventory and pricing reports to support sales planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute weekly internal and customer-facing reports.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on outstanding sales orders.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, service, accounting, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
