I-State Truck Center in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales order lifecycle. You will coordinate and process documentation, track orders, maintain inventory and pricing data, and assist customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and team-oriented skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales support, administration, customer service, inventory control, or related fields preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders using established procedures and checklists.
• Track order status and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain inventory and pricing data for sales planning.
• Prepare weekly internal and customer-facing reports.
• Coordinate documentation from initiation to completion of sales orders.
• Support marketing materials, customer presentations, events, and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, service, accounting, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
